April was a rather interesting month. Inside all the funky things that have been going on lie some great opportunities for homebuyers. I’ve been speaking to professionals throughout Southern California and I’m learning that some markets still have a rather competitive environment where home sellers are seeing multiple offers. When you are able to provide a great offer as a buyer, you are still able to win.
